Brayden L Moore

Brayden L. Moore Brayden L. Moore, 2 month old, of 1089 Summit Road, Rew, passed away Saturday, May 31, 2014, at Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born March 18, 2014 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Lynzi R. Hart and Tyler M. Carlson.

In addition to his mother and father he is survived by his maternal great great grandmother, Jean Moore of Bradford, great grandmother, Ann (the late Ken) Moore of Bradford, grandmother, Alyson Black of Rew, several aunts and uncles including, Jenna (Paul Hazelton) Moore, Kendl Black, Reesa Hart, Abby Carlson, Jessie Taylor, Sierra Taylor, and Brandi Mealy, great aunts and uncles Betsy and Chip Giordano, Stephen (Rhonda) Moore, and Ken (Brenda) Moore and several cousins.

Family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, from Noon to 1:00PM in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc., 372 East Main St., where funeral and committal services will be held at 1:00pm with Rev. Raymond Gramata, pastor of St. Bernard Church officiating. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.
