Harry Edward Knight, 72, of 1558 Looker Mt Trail Rixford, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014, at Olean General Hospital.

Harry was born in Bradford on August 12, 1941 he was a son of the late Russell and Anna (Flockerzi) Knight.

He had been employed at Pennzoil for 25 years and then later as a rig hand at Phillips & Dart.

Harry is survived by a son, Russell Wayne (Mattie) Knight, of Mount Jewett, a sister, Alice (Thomas) Powers, of Watkins Glenn, NY, two grandchildren Haleigh and Edward and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers John R. Knight, Chuck Knight, and Fred Knight.

Friends will be received on Friday June 20, 2014 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc. 33 South Ave., at 4:00pm funeral services will be held with Rev. Craig Smith, pastor of the Mt. Jewett United Methodist Church officiating.
