Vyrl "Lee" Dunmire Vyrl "Lee" Dunmire, a devoted husband, 63, of 34 1/2 Florence St., passed away, Saturday, June 21, 2014, at The Pavilion at BRMC.

Born May 26, 1951 in Brookville, he was a son of the late Vyrl O. and Catherine (Brenneman) Dunmire.

On August 11, 1977 he married Cathy (Reynolds) Dunmire who survives.

Mr. Dunmire had worked cleaning at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, he was a stockman at Sal's Supermarket and later returned to Futures Rehabilitation Center where he worked for over 40 years.

He had been involved with Special Olympics playing Softball. He was a hard working man and loved his friends and the community. He was a proud Pirates and Steeler's fan.

Surviving in addition to his wife Cathy are three sisters, Caroline Dunmire, of Bradford, Beverly Beimel and Rosalie Blackstock, one brother, Dave Brenneman and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Donna Brenneman.

Friends may call on Friday, June 27, 2014, from 11:00 to Noon in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc., 372 East Main St. where funeral and committal services will be held with Rev. Tom Verner, Pastor of of the First United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.
