MargL. "Peg" Chrisley

Margaret L. "Peg" Chrisley, 84 a loving mother and grandmother, of 595 West Washington St., passed away, Saturday July 26, 2014 at the Bradford Regional Medical Center.

Born September 8, 1929 in Bradford she was a daughter of the late Egbert F. "Ebbie" and Marie (Gillen) Bell.

On December 18, 1948 in Olean she married Edward W. Chrisley who died February 9, 1982.

She attended Bradford schools and graduated from East High School in Rochester NY.

Peg worked at AirCo Speer for 20 years and later for 13 years at Zippo Manufacturing.

Surviving is one daughter, Linda (Jay Plyler) Meabon, of Bradford, one son, Cory Chrisley, of Pittsburgh, 5 grandchildren, Jodi Meabon, Jacki (Matt) Carinci, Jace Meabon, Jami (Steve) Fowler and Matthew Johnston, 9 great grandchildren and several cousins. She was preceded in death by one daughter Jill Ann Johnston who died June 14, 2001.

Family will be receiving friends on Tuesday July 29, 2014 from Noon to 1:00pm at the People's Christian Fellowship Church 10 Harding Ave., at 1:00pm funeral and committal services will be held with Rev. Robert Gorton officiating. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.

Memorials, if desired, may be made to the American Heart Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
