Kenneth Stillman

Kenneth  J. Stillman, 88, of 78 High Street, Bradford, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2017, at Bradford Regional Medical Center.

Born July 5, 1928, in Fort Blackmore, VA, he was a son of the late Ray and Estelle (Brickey)   Stillman.

Mr. Stillman was a 1946 graduate of Bradford High School. On June 25, 1946 he enlisted in the United States Army, served during WW II and was honorably discharge on October 28, 1947.

On September 27, 1952 in St. Bernard Church he married Dana (Cocco) Stillman who survives.

He had been employed as a manager at United Refining for over 20 years retiring in 1994.

Ken loved the New York Yankees and the Dallas Cowboys, but his favorite teams were the teams his grandchildren were on. His greatest joy was being with his grandchildren and family. He enjoyed  gardening.

Surviving are two daughters, Barbara (Skip) Maholic, of Bradford, and Mary T. (John) Rachal, of East Amherst, NY, a son, Larry J. (Dawn) Stillman, of Bradford, 7 grandchildren, Jennifer Stillman, Andrew Stillman, Matt Maholic, Kristen (Casey) Petteys, Dania (Ryan Crowley) Gross, Victoria (Logan Drew) Strotman and Lauren Rachal, 6 great grandchildren, Lucille Hollebeke, Braden, Blaze, and Logan Maholic, and Luna and Violet Petteys, a son-in- law, James Gross, sister-in-law Margaret Cocco and a cousin Betty Lou Raney. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, JoAnn Strotman, a brother Ray Stillman, Jr.and a sister Gerry Hunt.

At the request of the family all services are private and will be held in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc. with Rev.. Raymond Gramata, pastor of St. Bernard Church.
