Kalvin L. Jones, 54, of 294 East Main Street, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017, at Bradford Regional Medical Center.

Born August 7, 1963 in Bradford, he was a son of the late Alvin Charley and Joyce  N. Jones, Sr.

He was a 1981 graduate of Bradford Area High School. 

He served in the National Guard for a time and then in the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged in 1988. 

He is survived by a daughter Brittney and a grandchild, Logan; two sisters, Alvina Jones and Marie Jones, both of Bradford and three brothers, Alvin C. Jones, Jr., George Jones and Michael Jones, all off Bradford. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Helen Jones. 

At Mr. Jones' request, there will be no visitation and private burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery. 

Memorial contributions, if desired, can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
