Theodora L. Dorie Christjohn

Theodora L. "Dorie" Christjohn, 72, of Rew, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021, at Bradford Manor. 

Born July 30, 1949, in Kane, she was a daughter of the late John F. and Helen E. (Smith) Hill.

Dorie was a 1967 graduate of Kane High School, and later attended Slippery Rock State College for two years.

Dorie had worked at Smethport Specialty.

She was a member of the Rew United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two sons, Freedom Christjohn, and Noah (Pam) Christjohn, both of Bradford, five grandchildren, Liberty Nicole, Piper Ann, Kennedy Jane, Ryder Jacob, and Kaiden Andrew Christjohn, one sister, Natalie (John) DeWalt, of Kane,and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother John F. Hill.

Services are private and at the convenience of family in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, in Kane. 

Memorial contributions if desired may be made to the Rew United Methodist Church, or the SPCA. 

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.

My sincere condolences to Freedom and Noah. I grew up in Rew and your mom was a pretty amazing lady. She provided some pretty incredible Halloween memories for me as a child.
