Rose M. Santora

Rose M. Sissy" Santora, 78, of 189 West Washington Street, Bradford, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at The Pavilion at BRMC. 

Born March 17, 1944, in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late Florence (Chimento) Santora. She was a 1962 graduate of Bradford High School.

Sissy had been employed as a bartender at the Star Restaurant, later a AirCo Speer, Napoli Pizza, and she retired from the Deli at Parkview Grocery Store.

She was a lifetime member of St. Bernard Church, she enjoyed going to bingo, the Seneca Casino, but most especially cooking and spending time with her faithful companion Miko.
 
Surviving is one daughter, Michele L. Santora, one sister, Hazel Stahlman, one brother, George Santora, all of Bradford, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, one sister, Michelle K. "Mickey" Santora, and one brother Frank R. Santora.

There will be no public services. Private services will be held with  Fr. Jim Gutting, Senior Associate of St. Bernard Church, officiating. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery. 

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.

Memorial contributions if desired may be made to the SPCA, American Cancer Society, or a charity of the donor's choice.
