Frances G. Troutman

Frances G. (Piersmoni) Troutman, 85, formerly of Bradford, passed away July 31, 2022, at her residence in Chesapeake VA.

Born November 12, 1936, in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late Angelo and Josephine (Campogiani) Piersmoni.

She was a graduate of St. Bernard School.

Fran was employed as a secretary for Hilti for many years. She was a former member of St. Bernard Church.

Fran dedicated her life to being a good Christian, and always willing to help others, including prison ministry.

Surviving in addition to her husband Bill of 56 years, is one daughter Julie Melvin, one son, Fritz Troutman, all of Chesapeake VA, one stepson, Jeff Troutman, of Erie, one sister Joyce Shaming, of Bradford, three grandchildren, Kevin Troutman, Keith Armigost, and Katie Haymaker, five great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Denise Troutman, one sister, Rose Remington, and one brother, Joseph Piersmoni.

Services were held in Virginia. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Local arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
