Daniel A. Ekas's Condolences


Very sorry to hear of Dan''s passing. Dan and I were team mates on the 1952 Owl basketball team. He was a great person and a very likeable man. My prayers and thoughts go out to Dan and his Family.

Dan I am so sorry to here this sad news about your dad. He was a great man and I enjoyed competing with him. I hope you and your entire family get through this grieving time with the knowledge that those that knew him loved him and respected and admired him as a man, competitor, husband and a dad. Fondly remember Dan from the days of noon basketball at the Bradford YMCA. That seems like a long time ago but not so long to realize that Dan was still a player as he approached 60! Great fan and supporter of area basketball. God keep you, Dan, and sincere condolences to the Ekas family.

To Dan ,Tim and all the Ekas family so sorry to hear of Dan Sr''s passing. I will always cherish the old softball days I had the priveledge of competing both with him and against him. He was tuff. I would see him every now and then at a ball game or the casino and always make a point to say Hello. You did it well my friend! RIP
