Thomas R. Hanold

Thomas R. Hanold, 70, of 46 Oxford Street, Bradford, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at Bradford Regional Medical Center. 

Born on August 10, 1954, in Bradford, he was a son of the late Charles T. Hanold Jr. and Beverly Ann (Erskin) Hanold. He was a 1972 graduate of Bradford High School.

Tom was employed at Zippo, Corning Glass, Gleason Distributing, and most recently as warehouse manager at Crescent Beer. 

He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan, golfer, and a member of the Pine Acres Country Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with Gerri and their friends at Chautauqua Lake. 

Surviving are his life-partner, Gerri Burrs, her children and grandson, Ashley M. Burrs, of New York City, NY, Neil D. (Holly) Burrs, of Silver Creek, NY, and Lucas Burrs, of Kane, two brothers, Robert C. (Celeste) Hanold, of Bradford, Bruce A. (Karen) Hanold, of Bradford, Geri's brother, Robert "Scubby" (Sharie) Radzavich, of Livermore, CO, and several nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be held for family and invited friends at McKean Memorial Park with Rev. Jay Tennies, Pastor of the Hill Memorial United Methodist Church officiating.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc.

Memorial contributions, if desired, may go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
