Kathy A. Campbell

Kathy A. Campbell, 72, of Derrick City, passed away Monday, July 14, 2025, at Olean General Hospital.

Born July 17, 1952, in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late Alexander and Harriett A. (Hubert) George. She was a 1970 graduate of Bradford Area High School.

On March 4, 1974, at Sacred Heart Church in Knapp Creek, she married Jay "B.J." Campbell who survives.

Kathy and BJ owned and operated the Model-T Inn for 15 years.

Surviving in addition to her husband BJ, of 51 years, is one daughter, Colleen (Tom) Langdon, of Bradford, one son, Jason (Pam) Campbell, of Derrick City, one sister, Penny Sherwin Beiler, of Phoenix, AZ, three grandchildren, Sierra (Michael Gleason) Campbell, Lexi Bennardi, Tommy Langdon, and two great-grandsons, Mason Jay Gleason, and Callan Joseph Gleason.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Jeffrey A. George, and a nephew, Scott George.

Family will receive friends for a Celebration of Kathy's Life on Monday, July 21, 2025, from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Model-T Inn in Derrick City. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.

Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
