William E. Eck

William E. “Bill” Eck, 69, of West Washington Street, Bradford, passed away Friday, October 23, 2026, surrounded by his loving family at UPMC Hamot Medical Center.

When he wasn’t outdoors or traveling, he could often be found tinkering in his garage, always finding something to work on. Bill had a generous heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, never hesitating to offer his time, skills, or support. He will be fondly remembered for his wonderful sense of humor, his love of singing, and above all, his kindness and willingness to help others. His laughter, generosity, and caring spirit touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Surviving is his partner, Linda Smith, three daughters, Julie (Mark) Terwilliger, of
