Joy E. Thiel, 54, formerly of Tibbitts Ave, passed away , Friday, April 11, 2014, at Sena Kean Manor.

Born December 13, 1959, in Bradford she was a daughter of the late Bud Nichols and Joy (Cochran) Tarasek who survives.

Ms. Thiel attended Bradford Schools. She worked as a cashier at Jubilee Grocery Store, Uni-Mart and Choice.

Surviving in addition to her mother is her step father John Tarasek both of Limestone, two daughters, Leslie Cucuzza Falcon and Brandy Cucuzza, one sister, Tina Hendryx, of Bradford, three brothers, Jerry Bosworth, Kenneth Bosworth and Timothy Bosworth, and 3 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, and four brothers.

At the family's request there will be no visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc. Burial will be in Limestone Cemetery.
