Deanna E. "Tippy" Felmlee

Deanna E. "Tippy" Felmlee, 73, of 426 Congress Street, passed away, Thursday, April 30, 2015, at the Bradford Regional Medical Center.

Born April 15, 1942, in Bradford she was a daughter of the late Glenn and Christine (Toothman) Rouse.

On September 4, 1963 in Tijuana Mexico, she married Donald G. Felmlee who survives.

Mrs. Felmlee was a 1960 graduate of Limestone High School. She had worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare and retired after many years of service and most recently she had worked at Northwest Legal Services.

She was an avid skeet shooter and enjoyed fishing and also her trips to the casino.

In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter, Jody Butler-Keppler and her husband Larry, a son, James (Rhonda) Felmlee, all of Bradford, four sisters, Toni Smith, of Bradford, Glenna Zink, of Allegany, Ann Bulduc, of Laughlin, NV, and Edna Rouse, of Buffalo, NY, one brother, Ed Rouse, of Kalispell, MT, eight grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Patty Deel.

Family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, in the  Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc., 33 South Ave., at 8:00pm funeral and committal services will be held with Rev. W. LeRoy Beckes retired Presbyterian pastor officiating.
