Daniel J. Holly, Jr., 34, of Torrence, CA, formerly of Bradford, passed away, Tuesday, August 18, 2015, in Smethport.

Born October 26, 1980, in Bradford, he was a son of Daniel J. Holly Sr., of Salamanca NY and Michelle (Spittler) Holly of Bradford.

Mr. Holly was 1998 graduate of Bradford High School. He had been employed in Las Vegas and California in sales for several companies. He later became a merchant in Long Beach CA.

He enjoyed fishing, playing baseball, his favorite team the Mets, football, and his favorite teams being the Bills and Steelers. He loved his music.

In addition to his parents he is survived by one son. Caydan Holly, of California, one daughter, Emily Holly, of Bradford, a sister, Amy (Matt Skok) Holly, of Port Allegany, his maternal grandmother Connie Spittler of Limestone, his bioligocal father he found 13 years ago, Tom (Amy) Hewitt, two half brothers, Jeremy Hewitt and Jesse Hewitt all of Smethport, his stepmother Toni L. Holly of Salamanca NY, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family will be receiving friends on Friday, August 21, 2015, from 1:00 to 2:00pm in the  Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc., 372 East Main St., where funeral and committal services will be held at 2:00pm, with Rev. Raymond Gramata, pastor of St. Bernard Church officiating. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery.

Memorials, if desired, may be made to Limestone Volunteer Fire Department.
