Albert L. Howard

Albert L. Howard, 54, of Bradford, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at his residence.

Born July 22, 1961, in Bradford he was a son of the late Donald A. "Joe" and Bonnie (Benson) Howard-Tancar.

Mr. Howard attended Bradford Area School. He had spent his entire career working in the timber industry. He enjoyed boating, fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his son Zachery A. Howard, and his former wife, Joni (Brindley) Howard both of Bradford, two sisters, Jo Marie Marinelli, of Newbury Park, CA, and Dawne Howard, of Garner, NC, one brother, Michael (Linda) Howard, of Smethport and four nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and step father Mike Tancar.

Family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc. 33 South Ave., where funeral and committal services will be held at 6:00pm, with Pastor Robert Shallenberger officiating. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park.

Memorials if desired may be made to the Bradford Township Volunteer Fire Department or the charity of the donor's choice.
