Floyd J. Kaziska, 73, of 29 South Marvin St. Smethport, passed away, Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at  the Bradford Regional Medical Center.

Born December 20, 1941, in Port Allegany, he was the son of the late Frank and Virginia (Zelli) Kaziska.

Mr. Kaziski was a 1959 graduate of Port Allegany High School. After high school he joined the United States Air Force.

He enjoyed taking walks around Hamlin Lake and fly fishing. He was a former member of the Masonic Lodge in Portville NY.

He worked as a final assemblyman at Dresser Rand in Olean for over 38 years.

Surviving is his wife, Brenda (Barthel) Rettger Kaziska of Smethport, one son, Jim Kaziska of Port Allegany, one sister, Barb Ness, of Smethport,  one brother, Joe Kaziska of Port Allegany several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and former wife Sandra (Cochran) Kaziska, three sisters Mae Amell, Gloria Tauscher and Patricia O'Toole, one brother Ralph Kaziska and one son Jeffery Allen Kaziska

At Floyd's request there will be no visitation or funeral services. Arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc.
