Judith K. Blanchard

Judith K. Blanchard, 63, of 2 Bushnell Street, passed away, Monday, January 2, 2017, at the Bradford Manor.

Born July 20, 1953, in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late Melvin Leslie Hardy and Nancy (Hanson) Tanesky who survives.

On August 4, 2001 in Bradford, she married Mark Blanchard, who died on October 28, 2002.

Judy was a 1971 graduate of Bradford High School. She had formerly been employed at Penn Dot Driver's License Center and the Good Will Shop.

She was a former member First Baptist Church.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son, William (Allison) Stiles Jr. of Punxsutawney, two sisters, Kathy (Robert) Willover of Allegany, and Joanne (Richard) Hedlund, of Bradford, three brothers, William (Ellen) Hanson, of Clear Lake, Iowa, Robert (Peg) Dusch of Dallas, NC, and Terry (Jackie) Dusch, of Bradford, and seven grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her father, stepfather, Joseph Tanesky, and husband Mark.

At the family's request there will be no visitation. Friends will be invited to attend a memorial service at a later date and time to be announced. Arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
