All Condolences -

I knew Dennis for may years in Kansas City. We had many wonderful times and made it through some difficult ones. He was an amazing friend, loving man, amazingly intelligent and, at the same time, gentle and incredibly real. I am saddend to see this and my prayers are for those who grieve

Poppi was a grumpy, funny, old man by the time we really got to know each other. He always made fun of me and taunted me. But he also opened his home to me, taught me how to cook the best biscuits and homemade gravy (so I''ve been told) among other things, do many things on the computer, and we shared a love for DVDs. Our collections were a competition. His Sunday dinners he''d cook for hours and anyone was welcome. A full house of different kinds of people eating and talking. Poppi was like family to me and will be greatly missed. I loved him dearly and I know he''ll rest in peace. I''m so sorry for your loss. Sending my love, thoughts, and prayers.

Judy and family, Please know you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. I don''t think I ever saw Dennis without his big smile. He was such a caring person as a young man, I know he must have been even more caring as an adult. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.
