All Condolences -

I''m sorry to see that Joan has passed away. My condolences to the entire family. I''m glad that she lived a long life. As a kid, I lived next door from ''56 to ''67. I enjoyed those years as a neighbor very much. She was such a nice person. I will never forget her. We moved to Daytona Beach, Fla. only to escape the harsh winters. My best to the whole family.
