Paul N. Berlin, 87, of 11 Gray St., Bradford, passed away peacefully, Tuesday September 25, 2018, at the Bradford Ecumenical Home.
Born on October 17, 1930, in Knox, he was a son of the late Wayne Exeley and Goldie R. (Rossmann) Berlin. He attended Bradford Schools
Paul entered the United States Army on September 5, 1950, serving in the infantry. He was honorably discharged on August 11, 1952. Upon returning from the service he joined the National Guard.
After the service he worked for many local businesses including; Foster Township Road Department, AirCo Speer, as a groundskeeper and chauffeur at Glendorn, and retired from Best Western.
He was a member of IOOF Lodge #333 in Rew.
Surviving are his companion of 25 years, Norma Troutman, two daughters, Mary Lynne Berlin, of Hamburg, NY, Chris Parslow of Bradford, one son, Brian Berlin, of Bradford; a step daughter, Cheri Campbell, of OH, a step son, Mark Campbell of NC, two sisters, Bonnie Titus, of Bradford, and Barbara Smith, of Derrick City, and one granddaughter, Elizabeth Berlin, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Virgil, Raymond, and Gerald "Pete" Berlin, three sisters, Maxine Neeley, Norma O'Neil and Donna Uhl.
Family will be receiving friends on Saturday September 29, 2018 from 10:00am to 11:00am, at Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc. 372 East Main St., Bradford, at 11:00am funeral services will be held with Pastor Terri Niver, Pastor of the Wesleyan Church officiating. Military Honors by members of the American Legion Honor Guard will be held at the funeral home. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.
