Elizabeth J. Frye, 79, of 276 Rutherford Road Bradford, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at the Bradford Manor.

Born January 23, 1939 in Ridgway, she was a daughter of the late Grace Christensen.

She was married to Gary Poole and later Wesley W. Frye Jr. who both preceded her in death.

Liz worked for several local businesses which included Speer Electronics, a manager for McDonald's in Bradford, a nurse’s aide for the Visiting Nurses Association and before retirement a bus aide for Bradford Area School District.

She was a member of the New Life Fellowship Church, formerly the Foursquare Gospel Church.

Liz enjoyed volunteering for the Red Cross along with knitting, putting puzzles together and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Elizabeth is survived by one daughter, Susan Stegall, two sons William Poole and Robert Poole all of Bradford; three step daughters, Linda Kaspuzak of Tonawanda, NY; Starley Jacobs of Tonawanda, NY; Tamara Missert of Tonawanda, NY; one step son Daniel Frye of Apoka, FL, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Family and Friends are invited to a visitation in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc., 33 South Ave., Bradford, on Monday, November 12, 2018 from 11 AM to Noon, where funeral and committal services will be held at Noon with Rev. Matthew McDonald, Pastor of the New Life Fellowship Church officiating. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park.
