Larry Lee Wooster

Larry Lee Wooster, 80, died Thursday December 17, 2020, at his home in Grantville MD, with his children with him.

Larry is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth Wooster, one son, David (his wife Caryn) Wooster, and two grandchildren, Sabrina and Nate, one brother John (his wife Nancy) of Fort Washington, MD and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita who died in 2017 and his parents, Ike and Betty Wooster.

Larry was born on February 24, 1940 in Bradford. He married Juanita Mitchell in February of 1963.  After moving to Southern Maryland they worked together and started Wooster Drilling Company which was in operation for 50 years. Larry was passionate about serving his customers with integrity and the highest quality product and service.  He was also passionate about serving the less fortunate in many ways such as drilling water wells to provide clean water in places around the globe like Mozambique and Haiti.  Larry was that guy you could call for help of any kind at 4 AM and he would be there. 

There will be a small graveside services for family held at the Willow Dale Cemetery on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 11 a.m.  A celebration of life service will be held at a later date to be announced.
