Lea M. Zetts, 90, of Bradford, passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at the Bradford Ecumenical Home.
Born March 8, 1931 in Lewis Run, she was a daughter of the late Oscar and Maria Zandi. She was a 1949 graduate of Bradford High School.
On September 13, 1952 in Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church, she married Andrew Francis Zetts Sr. who died October 18, 1995.
Lea was formerly employed by the Burns family, Bovaird & Seyfang, Princess Shop and retired after 28 years at Zippo Manufacturing.
She was a member of St. Bernard Church, TOPS Club of Bradford.
Lea enjoyed going to church, going out with her girlfriends to dinner, gardening, and most especially spending time with her family.
Surviving are two daughters, Colleen (Larry) Mayo, of Frederick, MD, and Millicent "Mimi" (Michael) Cahill, of Bradford, three sons, Andrew F. Zetts, of Bradford, Timothy M. (Judy) Zetts, of Bradford, and Mark J. (Lisa) Zetts, of Canfield, OH, one sister, Esther (Bud) Garringer, of Erie, six grandchildren, Ryan (Nikki) Zetts, Gina (Spencer Pittenger) Zetts, Jeremy Zetts, Michael (Annie Cromwell) Zetts, Stephen Zetts, and Kathryn (Karl) Wertz, five great grandchildren, Tayton, Owen, Anden, and Hailey Zetts and Violet Pittenger, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Andy of 43 years, three sisters Flora M. Hills, Mary Zandi, Jema Allen, three brothers Carl Zandi, Clayton Zandi and Deno Zandi.
Friends will be received on Saturday March 20, 2021 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc. 33 South Avenue, at which time a prayer service will be held at 10:30 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Bernard Church with Fr. Jim Gutting, Senior Associate as Celebrant. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.
