Jean M. Hodgson

Jean M. Hodgson, 86, of 369 Bolivar Drive, Bradford, passed away on

September 15, 2021, at her residence.

Born on November 13, 1934, in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late
Carl and Laura (Roberts) Wilmoth.

She was a 1951 graduate of Bradford Area High School.

She worked as a Switchboard Operator for Bell Telephone in Bradford
and California, and retired as the Switchboard Operator at a college
in Kissimee, FL.

Jean was dedicated to her Lord and family. She enjoyed singing and
sang with a Gospel Choir. Jean loved Christmas, Easter and all the
sacred holidays. She enjoyed traveling when her health permitted.

In addition to her husband David of 58 years are two daughters, Diana
(Larry) Combs,  of Limestone, NY, and Barbara (Tim) Fox, of Bradford,
one son, Michael (Lisa) Hodgson, of Bradford, one sister, Mary Ann
Hallock, of Bradford, 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren, and
several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Mark Hodgson, and
infant James Himes, two great grandchildren, Peyton M. Kirk, and Angel
Hardy, one sister, Barbara Wilmoth, two brothers, Carl "Sam" Wilmoth
and Bob Wilmoth,

Friends are invited to call on Friday September 17, 2021, from 6:00 pm
to 8:00 pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc., 372 East Main
Street, where funeral and committal services will be held on Saturday
at 2:00 pm with Rev. Brad Preston officiating.

Burial will be in Limestone Cemetery.
