James R. Stevens

James R. Stevens, 31, of Bradford, passed away, Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Bradford Regional Medical Center.

Born June 21, 1990, in Bradford, James was a son of Ed and Beth Stevens.

On October 25, 2014, in the Open Arms Church, Bradford, he married Crystal Waid, who survives.

James earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from University of Pitt at Bradford.

He attended Hilltop Baptist Church in Gifford.

Surviving in addition to his parents and wife are two sisters, Rachel Stevens, of Cleveland, OH and Leah Thompson, of Akron, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the Hilltop Baptist Church, where a 1:00 pm funeral service will be held with Rev. Max Simms, pastor, officiating.

I did not know James and only recently met his father Ed at the ETS Conference in Ft. Worth. So I just heard the sad news of the passing of his son.
