Barbara A. Matto

Barbara A. Matto, 83, of 309 Langmaid Lane, Bradford, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Bradford Regional Medical Center, while surrounded by family members and friends. Heaven has gained another angel.

Born June 22, 1938, in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late William "Shim" and Mary (DeCasper) Kane.

Barb was a 1956 graduate of Bradford High School.

During high school she worked at her cousins grocery store, DeCasper Grocery Store, and after high school she worked at Western Union from 1956 to 1968.

She was a member of St. Bernard Church. Proud of her graduating class she enjoyed working on class reunions, and having lunches with her classmates. In retirement she enjoyed trips to the casino with her husband and friends. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and grandchildren.
