Vera Jean Glander, 95, of 21 Keating Avenue, Bradford, passed away
Friday, January 28, 2022, at her residence.
Born February 18, 1926, in Clarksville NY, she was a daughter of the
late Ross and Violet (White) Cook.
On May 24, 1947, she married Paul Joseph Glander Sr. who passed away,
January 27, 1988.
Jean had been employed at Zippo Manufacturing for over 50 years.
She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Kathryn (Ron Nash) Gainer, of Bradford,
and Sandra Jean Glander, of Bradford, two sons, Gary (Linda) Glander,
of Derrick City, and Paul J. (Judy) Glander Jr., of Atlanta, GA, two
sisters, Betty Gee, of Leesburg, FL, and Mary Hitchcock, of Erie, 13
grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren and
several nieces and nephews
Services are private and at the convenience of family. Burial will be
in St. Bernard Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill
