Ellen Marie Suckow, 81, of Gates Hollow, Bradford, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Bradford Manor.

Born July 28, 1940, in Lake Hurst, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Harold Cooper and Elizabeth (Pensworth) Kimball.

Marie formerly worked at Ethan Allen in Eldred, then as the pastry maker at Beef & Barrell, as a cook at Friendly's, and the Olean Times Herald as a paper carrier.

Surviving are three daughters, Theresa Prosser, of Bradford, Barb Ray, and Linda Goodrich, both of Limestone, one son, Martin Daniel (Deb) Howard, of Bradford, three sisters, Carol (Rev. Jim) Kazimer, of Port Allegany, Sandy (Michael) Staley, of Olean, and Shirley Ray, of Summerville, of NC, two brothers, John (Ivy) Kimball, of Duke Center, and Robert Cooper, of Smethport, 21 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, stepfather John Kimball, grandson, Michael F. Barth II, two sons, Robert Howard and Frank Howard, three brothers, Thomas Cooper, Harold "Jack" Cooper, and Richard Cooper.

Friends will be invited to attend a celebration of life which will be held in the Spring. Burial will be in Grimes Cemetery.
