Ronald W. Nolf

Ronald W. Nolf, 89, formerly of 35 Leonard Avenue, Bradford, passed away Monday, February 28, 2022, at Bradford Ecumenical Home. 

Born June 6, 1932 in Brookville, he was a son of the late Robert J. and Olive M. (Veite) Nolf. He attended Bradford Schools.

On October 2, 1954, at St. Francis Church, he married Kathleen C. (Hopkins) Nolf, who preceded him in death on March 26, 2014.

Ron worked at Georgia Pacific in truck maintenance for 41 years.

He was a member of St. Francis Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Bonnie (Joe) Miller, of Bradford, and Rhonda (John) Abers, of Lancaster, one sister, Kate Carls, of Bradford, four grandchildren, Jamie Siffrinn, Jeremy Battles, Matthew Abers, and Stephanie Abers, six great grandchildren, Kirstin Siffrinn, Brayden Battles, Hayley Battles, Mya Abers, Kira Abers, and Karissa Abers, one great great grandson, Hunter Phillips, and several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one brother, Donald Nolf, and one sister, Annabelle Deitz.

Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at St. Francis of Assisi Church with Fr. Jim Gutting as Celebrent. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.

Memorial contributions if desired may be made to the American Cancer Society, or a charity of the donor's choice.
