Carol Ann (Rossman) Belser, 61, of 294 South Kendall Avenue, Bradford, died Friday April 8, 2022, at her residence, after a battle with COPD.
Born September 14, 1960, in Olean, NY, she was the daughter of the late Larry and Betty (Lounsberry) Rossman.
She grew up in Bolivar, NY and graduated in the close-knit class of 1978. Carol still stayed in touch with her high school girl friends, MaryJo Dalton, Deb Watkins, and many others.
Carol worked for many years as a medical receptionist as well as the Bradford School District, she recently retired due to health issues.
Carol spent her days at home with her husband, Randy. She enjoyed keeping up with her daughters and grandchildren through phone calls and social media.
Surviving is her husband, Randy L. Belser, whom she married December 14, 2013, two daughters, Chrystal (the late Ryan) Rico of Logan, IA, and Melinda Pittman of Missouri Valley, IA, one brother Randy (Vicki) Rossman of Olean, NY, six grandchildren, Tyler Baumann, Kasia Tallman, Keirstin Harkeroad, Ryder Harkleroad, JeremiahTallman and Theodore Tallman.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother Steve Rossman.
Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Carol’s Life on Sunday July 24, 2022, from 2 pm to 5 pm at 111 Laferty Hollow, Bradford.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
