Timothy J. Cummiskey

Timothy J. Cummiskey, 68, of 9 Southgate Road, Bradford passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at his residence.

Born April 10, 1954, in Bradford, he was a son of the late John F. "Jack" and Jean Marie (Carlson) Cummiskey. 

He was a 1972 graduate of Bradford Area High School and attended the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown then the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.

Tim was an avid skier and a master boot fitter. He formerly worked at the Headwall Ski Shop in Bradford, Greg Deckdebraun Ski Shop and the City Garage in Ellicottville, where he was known as the "Bootman".

In 1984 he started Nature's Design Landscaping. He ran the business with his daughter Christa, who will proudly continue his work. 

He was a member of St. Francis Church. He was a proud supporter of Ski for Cancer and a 17 year member of the AA. 

Surviving are two beloved daughters, Cara (Brandon) LaBrozzi, of Indiana, Christa (Peter) Dzirkalis, of Bradford, two grandchildren, Jack LaBrozzi and Ellie LaBrozzi, his beloved grand dog, Maggie, one sister, Barbara Cummiskey, of Valencia, dear family friend Rochelle Cupps, of Valencia, his longtime companion, Patty Neal, of Buffalo NY, one sister-in-law, Liana Cummiskey, of Hamburg, NY.
 
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Kevin J. Cummiskey.

Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday October 1, 2022, at 11:00 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, with Fr. Jim Gutting officiating.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
