James A. Pascarella

James A Pascarella, 83, of Brocious Drive, Bradford, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at The Pavilion at BRMC.

Born May 29, 1939, in Bradford, he was a son of the late Carmen and Pauline (Curcio) Pascarella.

Jim was a 1957 graduate of Bradford High School, where he excelled at football.

On July 2, 1957 he enlisted in the United States Army. He served in Germany and that is when he met his wife, Brenda. He was honorably discharged on June 29, 1959.

On March 30, 1959, in Essex, England, he married Brenda (Frost) Pascarella who survives.

Jim was a member of St. Bernard Church and the Italian American Progressive Club and a longtime season ticket holder at St. Bonaventure. He followed the Buffalo Bills and horse racing. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and grandchildren, and attending their events.

Poola, a pioneer in the computer chip industry, was employed for 41 years
as a supervisor at Pure Sil.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Brenda of 63 years, are two daughters, Sandra (Dave Holmes) of Brockport, NY, Debbie (Jeff) Little of Bradford, one son, Mark (Amy) Pascarella of Bradford, five grandchildren, Anthony (Evelyn “Yun” Bai) Gattuso, Jason (Kristin) Little, Brian (Kylee) Little, Vincent (Elizabeth) Pascarella, Erica (Victor) Sheriff, seven great-grandchildren, Gia & Nina Gattuso, Kelcie, Braylon & Mason Little,
Ava & Zenya Sheriff, and one brother-in-law Keith (Rita) Frost of Virginia Beach.

Services are private at the convenience of family in the Hollenbeck-Cahill
