Barbara Ellen Gervais

Barbara Ellen Gervais, 70, of Bradford, passed away Monday, January 23, 2023, peacefully at her residence. 
 
Born November 7, 1952, in Olean, NY,  she was a beloved daughter of the late Louise A. “Peg” (Albaugh) Trumbull.
 
On August 6, 1999, she married Charles Joseph “Shawn” Gervais who preceded her in death on December 4, 2015. 
 
She attended Bradford Area High School and went on to work at Spears, 
Corning Glass and retired from Zippo Manufacturing.
 
Barbara enjoyed spending her time with family and her hobbies of making occasion cakes, cooking and crafting.
 
Barbara was well-known for her quick-witted sense of humor and her love of music.
 
Surviving are three daughters, Lori Chase, of Smethport,  Christie (John) Pirovitz, of Apex, NC, and Lisa (Shelbey) Brown, of Eldred, a sister, Sandy Roulo, of Lewis Run, two brothers, David Trumbull, of Bradford and Donny (Karen) Trumbull, of Moriarty, NM, 10 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and her brother, Paul "Butch" Trumbull.
 
Private services will be held at the convenience of family.
 
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to the SPCA.
