Mary E. Hulings

Mary E. Hulings, 95, formerly of School Street, Bradford, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at the Bradford Ecumenical Home. 

Mary was born in Olean, NY on February 5, 1928, she was a daughter of the Oren Elliott  and Mary E. (Swarm) Elliott-King.

She attended Olean NY schools.

Mary had worked at AirCo-Speer, and prior to her retirement she worked at the Red Cross as a cook for the Meals on Wheels program. She had volunteered at the Bradford Manor and the Pavilion at BRMC. Mary was a former member of several local clubs and auxiliaries.

On December 21, 1985 in Bradford she married Leonard G. Hulings who preceded her in death.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters, Dolores Schleigh and Elaine B. Pinheiro.
 
There will be no public services. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.

We just learned of Mary''s passing. She was the sweetest person and so giving. My parents loved her and so did we. After my dad, Elmer passed she was such a help and great friend to my mother, Mary. Being so far away we rarely got to see her but she was always overjoyed and remembered us when we came. She was always laughing and cheerful and loved to tease my husband and dad. She will be missed.
