Sally A. Nichols

Sally A. Nichols, 86, of Limestone Street, Bradford, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, September 22, 2023, surrounded by her family, at her residence.

Born February 10, 1937, in Bradford, she was the eldest daughter of the late Lawrence and Marjorie (Mills) Nichols. She was a 1955 graduate of Bradford High School.

Most important to Sally was her family and her faith. She was employed by W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company as a Secretary in Human Relations, retiring in 2003. She thoroughly enjoyed landscaping and gardening in her yard.

Surviving are two daughters, Kelly (George) Walter, of Jacksonville NC, and Jill Keane, of Bradford, one son, Patrick (Shelly) Keane, of Limestone, NY, three grandchildren, Zachary Walter, of Jacksonville, NC,  Joshua Walter, of Minturn, CO, and Pressley Keane, of Limestone, NY, one sister, Susan Nichols, three brothers, David Nichols, Jeff (Sarah) Nichols, and Joe (Susan) Nichols, all of Bradford, two sister-in-laws, Deborah Nichols and Sue Nichols, both of Bradford, and several nieces and nephews.

Sally was preceded in death by her parents, the father of her children, Thomas E. Keane, one sister Beverly Colley, three brothers Tim Nichols, John Nichols, and Greg Nichols, and one sister-in-law, Susan Nichols.

Family will receive friends on Friday September 29, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc. 372 East Main Street in Bradford, at 11:00 am funeral services will be held with Rev. Rick Price, Pastor of the Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.

Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to the McKean County SPCA, PO Box 113, Bradford, PA 16701, St. Jude Children's Hospital, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
