Ralph E. Bullers, 83, formerly of Bradford, passed away September 25, 2023.

Born on November 9, 1939, in Kane, he was a son of the late Byron and Esther Bullers. He graduated from Bradford High School in 1955.

Ralph served in the Airforce for four years and then moved with his family to Rochester, NY, where he was employed by Eastman Kodak as an electrician. He retired from Eastman Kodak in 1992.

Ralph enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, volunteering at Church, traveling across America and playing golf. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know him.

Surviving are three children Tami (Larry) Menges; Julie (Robert) Shtoyko of Rochester, NY, and Jeffery Bullers of Hayward, CA; 10 grandchildren Kyle Menges, Joshua Menges, Alison Menges, Ashley Shtoyko, Stephanie Shtoyko, Victoria Hone, Katherine Hone, Elizabeth Kim, Brittney Bullers, David Byrd and four great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Kimberly (Bullers) Kim.

Private services will be held at McKean Memorial Park with Rev. Max Simms, Pastor of the Hilltop Baptist Church.
