Carol Ann Scott

Carol Ann Scott, 68, of Mount Juliet, TN, formerly of Bradford, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at her residence, with her sister and husband by her side.

Born July 1, 1955, in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late Pearl A. (Weaver) Sloan. 

Carol attended Bradford Area school.

On April 3, 1976, in Aiken, she married Robert Scott who survives. 

Carol was employed at Pepperell Braiding.

She enjoyed attending bingo, scrabble online, and watching son Matthew in Special Olympics.

Surviving is her husband Bob, of  47 years, three sons, Scott (Jessica) Sloan, of Hermatige, Robert (Theresa) Scott, of Mount Juliet, TN, and Matthew Scott, of Mount Juliet, TN  five grandchildren, Makenzie, Jacob, Brenna, Lucas, and Bobby, two sisters, Sandy Sloan, Jennifer Sloan, four brothers, Jim Sloan, Greg Sloan, Michael (Yuvonne) Sloan, and Brian Sloan, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, one brother, Carl Sloan.

There will be no public services observed. Burial will be with her mother in McKean Memorial Park.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.

Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to the McKean County Special Olympics.
