Evelyn H. Coast

Evelyn H. Coast, 87, of 48 Bedford Street, Bradford, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2024, at the Bradford Ecumenical Home. 

Born August 19, 1936, in Red Cross, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Alma (Bohner) Hoch.

Evelyn was a 1958 graduate of Bradford High School.

On October 24, 1958 she enlisted in the United States Army and she served at Ft. McClellan in AL. She was Honorably discharge on February 13, 1961.

Evelyn was a Home Health Care Aide since 1978. She was always loving and was dedicated to her patients. She enjoyed painting, baking, and puzzling. 

Surviving are three daughters, Laurie Craft, of Bradford, Alma (Richard) Maben, of McCalla AL, and Linda (Kevin) Sloter, of McCalla AL, nine grandchildren, Michael Craft, Jennifer Craft, Nikki Maben, Jake Maben, Jonathon Mason, Stefani Dittman, Kristen Dittman, Lauren Wooten, and Laini Hamilton, three great grandchildren, Mariah Shreve Jamie Shreve, and Aja Davis, one sister, Joan (Bob) Kenneson, of Eureka KS, one brother, Garry (Barb) Hoch, of Duke Center, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, Thomas Mason, and Donald Coast, one brother, Elmer Hoch. 

A private Celebration of Life will be held for family only. 

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
