Carol Ann Marcus

Carol Ann Marcus, 81, of 2611 West Washington Street, Bradford, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 25, 2024, at the Olean General Hospital. 

Born on July 24, 1943, in Buffalo, NY, she was a daughter of the late Aaron and Mildred (Ballerstein) Graham. 

On May 3, 1997, in Sevierville, TN, she married Steven B. Marcus who survives. 

She was employed at Central Installation where she worked as a Project Coordinator replacing water meters.

Carol loved when her family would come and visit her and Paw-Paw Steve, and she also loved to connect on Facebook with friends and family whom she loved dearly. Carol also enjoyed cooking and baking for the fishing tournaments in Willow Creek.  

Carol was devoted to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, she loved to meditate on the Lord, while listening to worship music, praying, attending church online, and reading her Bible.

Surviving is her beloved husband of 27 years, Steven B. Marcus, beloved mother to Colene (Albert) Schiavo, Ronald Brogan, Anne (David ) Mink, Daniel (Melissa) Brogan, Bernadette (Jay) McClain, David (Robyn) Brogan, Dana (Michelle) Brogan, Jennifer Hunter, Brandi (Justin) Marcus, Melissa (Ben) Cooper, 29 grandchildren, and 34 great-grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters, Glenda (the late Donald) Kluman, and Shirley (the late Edward) Piniewski.

A celebration of life will take place in July on a later date.
