To the Dallenbach Family: I am so sorry for your loss. Dick was my boss several years ago and was a fantastic boss along with being a great guy. I always appreciated his kind words and always admired how he worked his way up the ranks to the position of Refinery Manager he held at his retirement. He was one on the only ones that knew this whole refinery like the back of his hand. He will be missed!!
